As a Market Researcher, you will be responsible for analyzing the market and identifying opportunities to drive growth.

Fundamental research analysts work closely with the trading team, using processes, data and intuition to forecast the first, second and third moment of a security's price distribution around thematic and idiosyncratic events.

Fundamental research analysts refine forecasts into actionable trade ideas.

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of sectors or industries, as well as broad base knowledge of financial markets.
  • Identify pricing inefficiencies and collaborate with traders to monetize predictions.
  • Transform unstructured data sets into signals.
  • Own the information space by monitoring trends in the marketplace.

Employ a holistic approach to predicting outcomes and making volatility predictions.

Your Skills & Talents:

  • Strong academic background and demonstrated communication and collaboration skills.
  • A strong interest in financial markets and a desire to learn about both macro and micro fundamentals that drive them.
  • Ability to think systematically and quantitatively.
  • Intermediate experience with programming, especially Python, as well as strong Excel skills.
