Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Reliability Specialist

Overview: We seek a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Reliability Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our cloud infrastructure, including system capacity and stability, establishing reliability standards and recovery procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reliability Engineering:
    • Evaluate and improve system capacity and stability.
    • Establish reliability standards and recovery procedures.
  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support:
    • Identify and resolve technical issues.
    • Manage high-availability architecture transformations and upgrades.
  • Automation and Efficiency:
    • Design and implement automated operation solutions for large-scale systems.
    • Partner with development teams for system iteration.
  • Cost Optimization:
    • Build delivery standards and monitor systems to optimize cost.
  • Compliance:
    • Design and implement data protection plans.
    • Set up new IDC infrastructure to meet standard requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • Solid basic knowledge of computer software.
    • Understanding of Linux operating system, storage, network IO, and related principles.
    • Familiarity with one or more programming languages, such as Python, Go, and Java.
    • Knowledge of design patterns and coding principles.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
    • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
    • Experience with storage systems and technologies, such as KV, Table, Graph, Redis, MySQL, MongoDB, MQ, and Kafka.
    • Experience with computing & big data systems and technologies, such as Kubernetes, Docker/Containers, AIops, Spark, Flink, Function as a Service, RPC Framework, and Service Mesh.
