Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

Overview
Our organization requires a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to support and enhance our technology platform. As a key team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our infrastructure across multiple regions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supporting infrastructure needs through cloud and automation knowledge, contributing to strategic planning and implementation for our multi-region platform serving Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
  • Contributing to infrastructure automation projects, working with senior team members to translate business requirements and technical needs into robust, scalable cloud solutions and well-defined deployment pipelines.
  • Implementing engineering best practices, working with Infrastructure as Code, managing CI/CD pipelines, and supporting seamless deployments to ensure efficient and reliable service delivery.
  • Collaborating effectively with engineering teams and stakeholders to maintain exceptional platform reliability and performance.
  • Supporting system security, compliance, and integration across our ISO-certified platform, from infrastructure implementation to production monitoring and incident response.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or equivalent, with a strong background in SaaS environments, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies. Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and/or Pulumi is highly regarded, as is a solid understanding of Python programming for automation and infrastructure management.

In addition to your technical expertise, we are looking for someone with excellent communication and documentation skills, an analytical and problem-solving approach, and a proactive attitude toward identifying infrastructure issues and implementing solutions.
