The role of Cloud Infrastructure Specialist is critical in managing, maintaining, and enhancing our cloud infrastructure supporting key cloud regions. You will collaborate to provide professional cloud services to users.

You will be responsible for leading service configuration and management, driving deployment management, owning infrastructure reliability, upholding security and compliance, fostering collaboration, building internal capability, and ensuring operational excellence through effective incident management, change control, and alignment with business priorities.

To succeed you will need to demonstrate strong hands-on experience in Linux systems administration and OpenStack/OpenShift environments, a deep understanding of storage solutions like Ceph and Swift, demonstrated capability with automation and CI/CD tools – GitLab, Ansible, Terraform, solid knowledge of networking (e.g., Cisco, Cumulus, Fortinet), experience operating in environments where uptime and reliability are non-negotiable, collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and security to align infrastructure with business needs, passion for technology and security, flexibility to thrive within a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Lead Service Configuration and Management to ensure consistent and secure systems.
• Drive Deployment Management to deliver seamless delivery of new features in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Own Infrastructure Reliability through proactive monitoring, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Uphold Security and Compliance by embedding best practices and meeting regulatory requirements.
• Foster Collaboration Across Teams to align infrastructure capabilities with product needs and support growth.
• Build Internal Capability by mentoring team members and championing modern DevOps and infrastructure practices.

• Australian Government Security Clearance: Applicants must be Australian Citizens and have the ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
