Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Service Team Lead to join our workshop in Hobart. This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday with a great team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will lead the service team with day-to-day operations and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine maintenance of heavy machinery
  • Mentor apprentices and service technicians
  • Perform technical troubleshooting and fault-finding
  • Manage service work orders and invoicing
  • Provide quality customer service
About You:

You have a strong background in heavy machinery and earthmoving, excellent diagnostic skills, and technical knowledge. You're looking to progress your career and take on leadership roles.
