We are committed to enhancing the financial wellbeing for our customers by delivering outstanding customer experiences. As a specialist in customer banking, you will be joining one of our multi-channel branches that cater to personal and small business customers.

About Our Multi-Channel Branches

Our team works in various environments:

  • Monday and Wednesday: We assist our customers face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquiries & transactions at our retail branches.
  • Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: We help our customers via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment.

You will be working closely with 10 million+ customers to deliver a seamless banking experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with general banking transactions, answering questions and queries.
  • Build personal connections with customers through meaningful conversations face to face and through our direct channels.
  • Work with customers to use our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
  • Complete financial health checks to assess customers' financial needs.
  • Process applications for personal loans, credit cards, and associated products.
  • Use tools to capture customer feedback and take action to correct any service breaks to drive improvement.
  • Participate in continuous training and development to support your career aspirations.
