Trade Supervisor - Ground Maintenance

We are seeking an experienced Trade Supervisor to lead our Ground Maintenance team.

About the Role:

  • Supervise and develop a team of individuals to improve their work skills, enhance post-release employment prospects, and contribute to business objectives.
  • Oversee team activities to ensure productivity efficiency and commercial objectives are achieved while meeting workplace health & safety, quality management requirements, and customer service needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and mentoring a team in ground maintenance tasks.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Providing guidance on skill development and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • A tertiary or trade qualification or equivalent experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture, or building and construction trades.
  • A current Certificate III in Correctional Practice and a NSW drivers' licence.
