Miwatj Health is seeking a Regional Clinical Educator to contribute to clinical learning and workforce development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to Aboriginal Community Control and self-determination, with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by Yol&u014Bk people in remote settings.
Candidates should hold current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with at least 5 years of clinical experience. They should have experience as a Clinical Educator, educator and/or in the planning, coordination, facilitation and support of workforce learning and development initiatives, activities and strategies.
This role offers regular travel to the East Arnhem Region from Darwin or Nhulunbuy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement clinical learning and clinical workforce development initiatives and activities for Nurses, Midwives and Aboriginal Health Practitioners including trainees.
- Deliver training in rural and isolated practice settings.
