We are currently looking for passionate and professional Casual Kitchen Supervisors for our Strike Bowling venue in Wintergarden, QLD.

The Job

  • Preparation and delivery of restaurant menu items and function food;
  • Maintenance of high standards of food presentation;
  • Adhering to strict hygiene and cleanliness practices;
  • Ensuring kitchen health and safety protocols are upheld.

  • A strong understanding of food quality and presentation;
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills;
  • A commitment to prioritise hygiene, food handling, and health & safety procedures;
  • Self motivation and ability to work effectively in a team;
  • A passion for excellent service with a positive can-do attitude;
  • Good availability, including weekends and nights;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Reliability and punctuality.

As part of our comprehensive training program, you will receive full end-to-end training to help you excel in this role. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to join a growing company and expand their skill set and career prospects.

Working in a seven-day operation, you must be able to work weekends.* Do not self-reject - we hire based on attitude, not skills.
