Leadership Opportunity in Retail

We are seeking a talented and driven individual to take on a leadership role in our high-performing retail store. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coaching and developing your team, and driving the store's success. You will work closely with the store manager to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators, while delivering exceptional customer service and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the store manager in leading daily operations and achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Inspire and guide the team to deliver outstanding customer service and performance
  • Assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation
  • Manage wage costs and contribute to effective rostering
  • Mentor and coach team members to support their growth and development
  • Help maintain a safe and compliant store environment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a senior casual, full-time, or leadership support role (e.g., Key Holder, Supervisor, 3IC)
  • A proactive attitude and strong desire to grow your leadership skills
  • Passion for team development and creating exceptional customer experiences
  • A proven ability to drive sales and meet performance targets
  • Familiarity with stock management, visual merchandising, and retail operations
