We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to join the team at our Lorna Jane Whitford location. Our ideal candidate will possess a passion for the Lorna Jane Brand, strong leadership skills and proven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service.

As the Store Manager, you'll lead the way in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving team development, and overseeing all visual merchandising and operational functions to achieve store targets and exceed KPIs.

Responsibilities
  • Driving sales with your team to achieve targets and KPI's.
  • Recruit, train, grow future leaders, we're all about promoting from within
  • Keep the store running smoothly with sharp operation, visuals and stock management skills.
  • Build smart rosters that support trading hours and team balance.
  • Deliver a phenomenal in-store experience and influence the local active community through events, campaigns and collaborations.
  • Challenge the status quo; be a game changer – the world has enough followers. Present an exceptional store through effective merchandising.
  • Look for opportunities for people, profitability and process; drive targets and KPIs and motivate your team to achieve.
  • Coach and mentor your team to drive performance opportunities for people, profitability or process.
  • Drive profitability through effective rostering, minimal stock shrinkage and inventory management.
Qualifications / Expectations

Ability to lead, develop and motivate a retail team; strong customer service orientation; experience in visual merchandising and inventory management; capability to create and manage rosters; willingness to engage with the community through events and campaigns.
