Job Opportunity: Industry Liaison Officer

We are seeking an experienced professional to promote and market the benefits of our technical model to potential employers and stakeholders.

  • Promote School Based Apprenticeships as a preferred career pathway for students within the region.
  • Develop relationships with employers, training providers, and apprenticeship support agencies.
  • Create connections and partnerships between schools and employers to assist students in transitioning to employment and making effective career choices.
  • Source vocational training opportunities for prospective students by actively seeking placements in transition to work programs.
  • Provide regular updates on program outcomes and identify issues impacting success.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employers, staff, and students. They will also have a proven track record of successfully promoting education and training initiatives.

Please note that this is a temporary vacancy open to Expressions of Interest, with no extensions exceeding 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:
