Job Title: Navigational Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Navigational Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the project team, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of maritime projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, with experience in managing complex projects from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Support the development of project plans, ensuring that they are realistic, achievable, and aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure that project resources are allocated effectively, taking into account the availability of personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess risks associated with each project, developing and implementing strategies to mitigate or eliminate them.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, working closely with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on project performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders, including project team members, customers, and suppliers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Policies and Procedures: Ensure adherence to relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, maintaining a high level of compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Leadership: Provide leadership and support to project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
