About the RoleThe Australian Cancer Nursing and Navigation Program ACNNP is a key national initiative to enhance and expand information and support services for those affected by cancer. As a Program Director, you will lead this nationwide project to design, build, and implement the Cancer Navigation Project.
The role is accountable for delivering the program of work, overseeing planning, development, and transition activities, to ensure Program outcomes are achieved within the agreed governance framework.
- Lead integrated planning, delivery, and hold accountability for risk management and evaluation in partnership with the Program Management Office PMO.
- Operate within the established program governance framework and ensure accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration across state and territory organizations, government agencies, and sector partners.
- Ensure design and delivery adhere to agreed principles of inclusivity, equity, transparency, and continuous improvement.
As the Program Director, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development and implementation of the Cancer Navigation Project.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver program outcomes.
- Maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders and partners.
- Ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
