Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Manager, Corporate Lending Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our Corporate Lending Operations team. As a Senior Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our corporate lending operations, including the processing of facility enrichments, drawdowns, repayments, reconciliation, and investigation obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Corporate and Institutional Banking with corporate loan processing
  • Assist the team in ensuring all facility enrichments, drawdowns, repayments, reconciliation, and investigation obligations are met and customer service levels are at the highest level
  • Complete necessary checks, review risk components, and provide support to front office teams on deals and loans
  • Ensure daily processing of enrichments, drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, reconciliation, and investigation obligations have been met
  • Escalate BAU issues to the Manager and LOD Risk team for incidents
  • Work closely with peers to ensure processes are performed consistently and in line with SOP's and JUNO Controls
  • Cross-train with the team to cover business needs and career development

Requirements:

  • Degree qualification preferred
  • Minimum 3 years industry experience coupled with supervisory experience
  • Specific product knowledge advantageous (Syndicated/Bilateral Loans/Agency)
  • Specific system knowledge advantageous (Loan IQ)
  • Excellent focus on attention to detail with the capability to work and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Energetic and motivated, able to work well inside a group and broadly across an organisation
  • Confident and articulate communicator
