Backlane Bar is on the hunt for a charismatic and skilled cocktail expert to join our dynamic team. As a seasoned bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.

**Position**: Cocktail Bartender

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of premium cocktails with precision and creativity, adhering to high standards of quality.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering personalized recommendations and creating memorable experiences.
- Stay updated with the latest mixology trends, incorporating new techniques and ingredients into our menu offerings.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace behind the bar, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Demonstrate versatility by assisting with barista duties as needed, including preparing coffee and espresso-based beverages.
- Work efficiently in a dynamic setting, multitasking between serving customers, preparing drinks, and handling transactions.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum of two years of experience working as a bartender in a similar setting required.
- Passion for mixology and a keen interest in exploring new beverage trends and techniques essential.
- Availability to work weekends and evenings as per business needs necessary.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, punctuality, and ambition to excel in a fast-paced hospitality environment expected.
