Job Title: Health And Fitness Trainer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Fitness Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our Centre, you will provide quality fitness assessments & exercise programs to our users whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough fitness assessments to determine individualised exercise plans
  • Develop and deliver high-quality exercise programs that cater to diverse user needs
  • Ensure all activities are conducted safely and meet industry standards

In this role, you will work collaboratively with our Centre staff to deliver a seamless user experience. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing program logistics, and contributing to ongoing Centre improvements.

Requirements:
  • A minimum qualification in Exercise Science or a related field
  • Current certification in first aid and CPR
  • Demonstrated expertise in program planning, execution, and evaluation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
