Job Description

We are seeking a Fitness Professional to deliver high-quality programs and services at our multi-purpose facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, implementing fitness activities and programs, and promoting the centre's services.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in a related field, registration as a fitness leader, and current CPR and first aid certificates. They will also have experience in a leisure environment, working with schools, corporate groups, sporting clubs, and associations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver fitness programs and services to meet customer needs
  • Provide professional and accurate information to customers
  • Implement and manage fitness activities, programs, and competitions
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • Tertiary qualification in a related field (minimum Certificate III in Fitness)
  • Registered Fitness Leader (AUSactive, Fitrec, Physical Activity Australia or equivalent)
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications
  • Experience in a leisure environment working to strict parameters to achieve pre-set targets
  • Experience working with schools, corporate groups, sporting clubs, and associations
