About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Storeperson to join our team. As a Storeperson, you will be responsible for managing the inventory of medical, dental, and general stores, ensuring that all supplies are properly stocked and issued to the right personnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and dispatch medical, dental, and general stores, using inventory management systems to ensure accurate tracking and ordering.
  • Replenish first aid kits under the supervision of the Pharmacist.
  • Assist in the maintenance of medical and dental equipment, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Coordinate the hire of equipment and assist in stocktake activities, ensuring that all stock is accurately counted and reconciled.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years' experience as a Storeperson, preferably in a warehouse or stores environment. A current forklift license is desirable, but not essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to support the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality care to patients.
