About the Role

We are seeking individuals with experience in assessing critical situations and making sound decisions. If you possess empathy and strong interpersonal skills, you may be the perfect fit for this role.

  • Recent or current experience in Australia within emergency services, military and/or security-related work and a strong network of contacts in the local area
  • High level of self-awareness, motivation, and self-management
  • Ability to set priorities, act on key issues and make quick decisions while displaying interpersonal sensitivity
Responsibilities

As a responder, your duties will include:

  • Conducting stakeholder engagement to support operational outputs
  • Nurturing partnership relations, engagement and training
  • Providing input to operational procedures and network management
  • Conducting emergency and non-emergency support responses
