Role Responsibilities:

We are seeking a proactive and engaging Lifestyle Support Specialist to assist in delivering diverse lifestyle programs that cater to the individual needs of our residents.

As a Lifestyle Support Specialist, your role will involve:

  • Contributing to the design and implementation of lifestyle initiatives that encourage resident participation and enjoyment
  • Assisting in the assessment and ongoing evaluation of residents' cultural, recreational, and leisure preferences
  • Providing exceptional customer service while maintaining positive and professional relationships with residents and their families
Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents and is committed to helping them achieve their fullest potential.

Key qualifications include:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care
  • Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (preferred)
  • Ability to operate a 10-seater bus (preferred)
  • Experience in residential aged care with a focus on high-quality care
  • A reputation for compassion and care
  • Previous experience as a Personal Care Worker in Aged Care is advantageous
  • A collaborative team player who values one-on-one interactions
  • A current Working with Vulnerable People card
  • Australian working rights and ability to pass a national police clearance
  • A commitment to embodying the BEST philosophy in the workplace
Essential Requirements:
  • A current Working With Vulnerable People card
  • Up-to-date flu and COVID-19 vaccinations
