The Opportunity

We are seeking an intermediate-level asset management consultant to join our high-performing and collaborative Advisory team in Sydney, Melbourne, or Adelaide. In this exciting role, you will work directly with clients to manage a variety of projects, applying your asset management skills to a range of different clients and markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects and deliver high-quality work in direct communication with clients.
  • Apply asset management capabilities across a range of sectors to help clients solve diverse asset problems.
  • Develop consultancy skills from opportunity identification to delivery.
  • Access industry-leading technical specialists in civil/transport infrastructure and related sectors.
  • Receive dedicated mentoring from senior leaders to achieve career goals and develop professionally.
  • Enjoy a flexible working arrangement within a high-performing close-knit team.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated asset management experience across one or more sectors: Government, Defence, Industrial, Water, or Energy.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Asset Management Systems and Frameworks and a desire to progress professionally in this field.
  • In-depth understanding of Asset Management and/or reliability engineering principles and their application.
  • Passion and capability in building new client stakeholder relationships and enhancing existing relationships.
  • Ability to support national travel for short durations (2-5 days) on occasion.
  • Appropriate tertiary qualification aligned to asset management or related disciplines.

Desirable Capabilities

  • Experience in the application of Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).
  • Experience in the application of Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Maintenance or facilities management (planning and/or execution).
  • Development and implementation of engineering/asset management systems and processes.
  • Asset/equipment change management and risk assessment.
  • Previous consultancy experience.
  • Experience in participating or leading assurance activities.

Security Clearance

Due to the nature and sensitivity of projects and clients, it is highly desirable that you hold (or possess the ability to obtain) a current Australian Government Security Clearance at Baseline level or higher, for which you will require Australian Citizenship.
