Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to lead facilities management for our healthcare client across 26 sites in Queensland. This key role will oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring compliance with lease agreements and protecting client interests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and manage compliance and risk across the portfolio.
  • Maintain facilities data and documentation within our platform.
  • Drive critical facilities operations, including contractor performance and incident reporting.
  • Manage essential services, such as air conditioning, lifts, and fire safety.
  • Streamline service contracts and contractor performance.
  • Implement sustainability initiatives aligned with our client strategy.
  • Oversee small-scale capital works and support budget development.
Requirements:
  • Current experience as a facilities manager, preferably across a large portfolio.
  • Proven track record in contractor and contract management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to travel throughout Queensland.
