About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and supportive group who prioritize building long-term relationships and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of our CEO or equivalent.
  • Perform general administrative tasks including re-stocking and maintaining office supplies.
  • Coordinate briefings, background readings, and presentations as required.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel arrangements for executives and teams.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on actions in a timely manner.
  • Produce high-quality reports and prepare agendas for meetings and events.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Assist with ad-hoc project management and execution as needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in administration, PA/EA, or Business Operations roles.
  • Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Trustworthy, professional, and reliable when acting on behalf of senior leaders.
