Position Purpose: Cargo Screener (FIFO | Casual)

Location: Karratha, Port Hedland, WA - Multiple Sites - FIFO Role
Job Type: Casual | 24/7 Rotating Rosters | Shift lengths: 4-12 hours, Accommodation and Transport provided by Certis

Key Responsibilities
  • Screening of cargo freight
  • Operation of screening equipment
  • Recording accurate information
  • Shifts will be varied across a 7-day roster
  • Shift ranging from 4 to 12 hours
Required Qualifications and Skills

Mandatory:

  • Valid Security Licence
  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • Previous experience in cargo or passenger screening

Desirable:

  • Experience with X-ray and ETD equipment
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Comfortable with rotating 24/7 shift schedules
