Job Description

We are seeking a skilled consultant to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Planning Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality projects that make a tangible difference in shaping cities and communities.

You will be responsible for preparing statutory land use planning projects, providing expert analysis and advice, collaborating with internal and external teams, and communicating complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the preparation of land use planning projects, including development applications, land use studies, and technical inputs.
  • Provide expert analysis and advice informed by current government policies and stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
Requirements
  • Holds tertiary qualifications in Urban and Regional Town Planning or a related discipline.
  • Ideally minimum 1 - 2 years' experience within an Urban Planning firm-based environment.
  • Sound knowledge of statutory planning and related legislation.
  • Proficient appreciation and understanding of impacts and issues affecting land use and development.
