About This Role

Multiple positions are available for professionals to work as Internal Review Officers with flexibility to work from home occasionally.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work closely with participants to gather relevant information regarding review requests and inform them about decisions, reviews, and appeals processes.
  • Undertake evidence-based decision-making based on the Act, rules, Operational Guidelines, and policies.
  • Monitor and manage workload efficiently to ensure internal reviews are completed within set timeframes.
  • Contribute to quality improvement activities to enhance service delivery practice, processes, and systems.

  • Demonstrated ability to gather information and make informed decisions
