Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing business plans to increase sales and revenue focussed on value added and sustainability products.
  • Building strong relationships with designers, engineers and architects associated with existing and potential clients.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capitalise on them.
  • Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends, sustainability objectives and competitors.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional departments such as engineering, manufacturing, technical and operations to create innovative solutions for clients.
  • Providing technical assistance and support to customers before, during, and after sales.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (not mandatory).
  • 5+ years of technical sales experience in the concrete industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong technical knowledge of concrete materials, applications, and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the region.
