Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Body Technician to join our team at CARSTAR Canada Partnership, LP. As a key member of our collision repair team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate repair of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify damage and develop repair plans
  • Disassemble and repair damaged areas, including blend panel parts, to ensure accurate and efficient repairs
  • Communicate effectively with management and production staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of repairs
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Participate in daily production meetings to discuss vehicle status and repair plans
  • Collaborate with parts coordinators to ensure accurate and timely delivery of parts
  • Document all repairs and communicate with management and customers as necessary
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Mitchell, Audatex, and Reynolds estimating systems
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 100 pounds
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be required to work in a production setting, with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and other environmental hazards.
