Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled legal professional to join our team as an Associate Legal Counsel. This role will involve providing comprehensive legal support across the business, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, and collaborating with other members of the Legal team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who is eager to gain broad commercial exposure and contribute to process improvement, knowledge sharing, and legal awareness within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, including contracts and transactional documents.
  • Providing legal advice on regulatory, compliance, governance, and operational matters, including privacy and emerging technology issues.
  • Collaborating with other members of the Legal team to ensure consistent, high-quality legal support across the business.
  • Contribute to process improvement, knowledge sharing, and legal awareness within the organization.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Post-admission experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, gained in-house and/or in private practice.
  • A willingness to work across a broad range of legal issues, transactions, projects, and business areas.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
