Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing manager to lead our global partner marketing initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing programs that increase product usage and revenue from existing partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the strategic direction of the partner marketing stream, ensuring all initiatives align to the global partner journey, commercial priorities, and long-term growth strategy.
  • Developing and owning the global marketing framework for partner marketing, setting guiding principles, campaign architecture, and performance expectations.
  • Serving as a senior advisor to regional leaders, aligning global objectives with market realities, influencing prioritisation, and ensuring integrated execution.
  • Driving cross-functional orchestration between marketing, sales, product marketing, enablement, and revenue teams to ensure cohesive, insight-led campaigns.
  • Championing innovation and scalability in partner marketing, introducing new approaches, tools, and plays that can be replicated globally.
  • Collaborating with channel owners to lead experimentation strategy and campaign testing, ensuring robust campaign insights.
  • Reporting on commercial outcomes and providing recommendations that influence executive decision-making and broader strategies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8 years' marketing experience in a high-growth environment.
  • A strong understanding of accounting/fintech and/or B2B marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to global marketing strategies and leading cross-regional initiatives.
