Job Title: APS4 Grants Data Officer

Hudson Australia is seeking a highly skilled and motivated APS4 Grants Data Officer to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to provide administrative support to the Health Grants Establishment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing grant information and data, performing complex data entry, and assisting with monitoring group mailboxes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analysis of grant information and data to enable the production of Grant Agreements
  • Complex data entry and maintenance of stakeholder relationships
  • Assistance with monitoring group mailboxes and general administrative tasks
  • Development and maintenance of stakeholder relationships
  • Identification, documentation, and escalation of issues and risk
  • Assurance functions to support the Health Grants Establishment team
  • Contribution to a high-performing team culture that engages effectively with change
Requirements
  • Relevant skills to be an effective user of Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and possess good interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of attention to detail and willingness to seek support when needed
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication to the audience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and identify learning opportunities
