About the Professional Year Program
This training program is designed to develop and train skilled professionals who can provide exceptional service to clients.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing primary point of contact for financial information to clients.
- The candidate will possess technical skills to assist in developing strategies after client meetings, enter client notes into a CRM, and prepare client packs as needed.
The role involves:
- Assisting with preparing client Statements of Advice (SOAs), Retirement Outcomes Statements (ROAs), and correspondence
- Reviewing and vetting advice documents for accuracy
- Using Financial Planning software (Adviser Logic) to create FDS and service agreements
- Generating reports and ensuring compliance standards are maintained
Requirements
To be considered, applicants should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- 1-2 years' experience in the industry
- Strong understanding of Risk and Superannuation
- Tech savviness and excellent interpersonal skills
