Job Description:

The opportunity to advance your career is available as an Associate Advisor. This role offers a chance to develop your expertise and contribute to the growth of our organization.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team in this capacity. As an Associate Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by being their primary point of contact for all financial affairs.

This position involves attending meetings with advisors face-to-face and virtually to discuss client needs and develop strategies. You will also manage Centrelink benefits, assist with the preparation of client packs, and enter client notes on xplan. Additionally, you will prepare client review reports and oversee annual agreements and service agreements for all clients.

To ensure compliance standards are maintained and Best Interest Duties are met, you will need to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices. This may involve attending training sessions or workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • 2-3+ years' experience in the industry
  • Understanding of Risk, wealth, Super, SMSF
  • Tech savvy and excellent interpersonal skills
