**Student Services Receptionist Position**

ILSC is seeking a dynamic and organized student services receptionist to join our team. This role will be the face of our school, greeting students, faculty and staff, handling various administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a positive attitude.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office environment, preferably in an educational setting, with strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Key responsibilities include:

* Acting as the first point of contact for students, faculty, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
* Managing front desk operations, including receiving and directing visitors, answering phone calls, and taking messages
* Handling paperwork and data entry, maintaining accurate records and files
* Providing support to other departments as needed, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals
* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to ILSC's high standards of quality and professionalism

**Reporting**: The student services receptionist reports directly to the administration manager.

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 3pm - 7pm (20 hours), with flexibility to adjust according to business needs.
