Strategic Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Planner to support the planning, execution, and reporting of diverse projects. This pivotal role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of scope and schedule.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Conduct critical path analysis, delay impact assessments, and earned value reporting.
This is a full-time position requiring 50 hours per week, with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities- Mentor junior planners and contribute to the development of planning processes across the business.
- Lead planning input into tender submissions and assist in construction methodology development.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years' experience in planning and scheduling within construction, energy, or infrastructure, preferably in the electrical sector.
Requirements- Expert user of Primavera P6 (essential), with strong MS Project and Excel skills.
- Proven track record delivering detailed programs in D&C contract environments.
- Deep understanding of sequencing, productivity, float, and construction methodology.
