The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of an apartment complex project in Canberra.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Effective management of time, cost, safety, legislative, financial, industrial and quality contract requirements
  • Client management and ensuring contracted completion dates are met

Requirements

  • Tertiary degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Building or equivalent
  • Ideal experience in residential builds
  • Over 4 years demonstrated experience as a Project Manager
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a project team
  • Experience managing projects with high focus on safety, quality and environment challenges
