About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for the implementation of day-to-day activities pertaining to compensation programs for officers and rank-and-file employees.

You will work closely with the HR team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to support the Bank's human resources function. Your administrative support will include maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and coordinating training programs.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also have knowledge of HR principles and practices, and be able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
