Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Quality Manager to lead our compliance-related activities. As a vital advisor to the Leadership Team, you will drive strategy, external accreditations, audits, and best practices in a rapidly growing provider of Aging, Disability, & Home Care Packages.
Your New Role:
In this key position, you will champion policies, procedures, and a customer-centric culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, and wellbeing. You will be responsible for managing audit schedules, training, continuous improvements, and risk, while also producing periodic quality reports for Board, Committees, SLT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategy and leadership within an aged, disability, or home care setting
- Manage audit schedules, training, continuous improvements, and risk
- Produce periodic quality reports for Board, Committees, SLT
- Project manage quality initiatives within set parameters
- Model outstanding professional behaviour and drive employee engagement strategies
- Steer clinical case management practices
- Align care plans with client needs
- Empower clients to grasp their funding, goals, and solutions
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in a Health Services or Nursing discipline
- Quality leadership expertise within a home care or aged care industry
- Valid Australian Driver's License
- Up-to-date vaccinations and clearances
