Aerial Services Representative

A Regional Airline is seeking expressions of interest from dedicated individuals to join their team as full-time flight attendants.

As a solo Flight Attendant, you will be responsible for managing the entire cabin independently, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight. You will also provide a caring and personalised service while travelling to some of Australia's most unique destinations.

The role requires you to manage in-flight services while maintaining a high standard of safety and compliance with aviation regulations. You will need to perform equipment/security checks, in-flight announcements, in-flight food & beverage service, cleaning duties, and handle various situations that may occur in the cabin.

You will work on weekends, public holidays, shift work (which includes early starts & late finishes), and some nights spent away from home. However, it is a rewarding position where every day is different coupled with a great team spirit.

Requirements
  • Be 18 years of age or over
  • Have Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
  • Be no taller than 173 cm
  • Hold a current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)
  • Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Have completed a minimum of 3 years of secondary education in Australia or New Zealand, or worked in Australia or New Zealand for at least 3 of the last 5 years, or worked in the UK, Ireland, or USA for at least 3 of the last 5 years, or have completed the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with an overall grade of 5.5
  • Be able to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) which involves a police security check
  • Have experience in customer service
  • Be able to swim fully clothed without aid or floating device
  • Be flexible; working hours will vary and include working during holiday times and peak periods
  • Have a high level of personal presentation
  • Have a natural willingness to please and care for people

Extensive training will be provided – flying experience is not required.
