Concrete Production Manager Opportunity">

We are seeking a motivated Concrete Production Manager to lead our team at our Narangba site.

This role is responsible for overseeing the production operations of seven concrete plants, working closely with our fleet team to ensure seamless delivery coordination.

The successful candidate will be accountable for meeting operational goals, site requirements, and ensuring that all plants and equipment run efficiently, cost-effectively, and safely, with minimal environmental impact.

Maintaining full compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards is a key part of this role.

Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in concrete plant management or related industry experience.

Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental best practices is essential.

Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities are required.

The ability to build and maintain a collaborative and supportive team culture is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a team of plant managers, supervisors, and drivers.
  • Oversee and manage the profit and loss budget to ensure financial performance.
  • Coordinate maintenance of plants and vehicles to maximise efficiency and reliability.
  • Drive high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance and operational improvement plans.
  • Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the business.

  • Proven experience in concrete plant management or related industry experience.
