Technical Program Manager

This role is responsible for driving the successful delivery of technical initiatives and continuous improvement across software engineering squads.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading end-to-end software delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality execution through the software development lifecycle.
- Lead agile ceremonies and champion best practices to support effective planning and execution.
- Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, and Project Managers to establish priorities and manage delivery plans.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders through structured updates and reporting tools.
- Monitor delivery health, track team velocity, and address risks or blockers proactively.

Key requirements include:
- 3+ years of experience in software delivery roles.
- Managing agile delivery and release cycles across cross-functional teams.
- Facilitating agile delivery using hands-on experience with SDLC processes and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Utilising modern tools to manage and track progress ensuring teams meet goals.
