Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Assistant Director to join our team at C&K Nambour Childcare Centre. As the right-hand person to our Director, you will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the centre and play a key role in shaping the future of our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the overall management of the centre, including staff supervision, program development, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Lead a team of passionate educators to deliver a high-quality educational program for children aged 0 to 5 years.
  • Develop and implement exciting projects to enhance the centre's operations and services.
  • Build strong relationships with families and the wider community to promote the centre's values and mission.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the centre's compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
