Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Assistant Director to join our team at Candk Nambour Childcare Centre. As the right-hand person to our Director, you will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, leading a team of passionate educators to deliver a quality educational program.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Lead a team of educators to deliver a play-based learning program that promotes children's learning and development.
- Develop and implement exciting projects that enhance the centre's operations and management.
- Build great relationships with families and the wider community, promoting the centre's values and mission.
- Take full ownership of the centre's operation, documentation, and program delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
- First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
- Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
- A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
