We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Student Recruitment and Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and education that align with our institution's goals.
About the Role:
The Student Recruitment and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to promote our college and drive student enrollment. This includes creating engaging content, managing marketing campaigns, and analyzing data to inform future decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain students
- Create high-quality content to showcase our college's programs and services
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing and recruitment
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or recruitment
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
