Job Role:

As a signalling trainee, you will be responsible for controlling and overseeing train, locomotive, and traffic movements. Your decisions will impact the safe and efficient running of the network.

Training and Development:

Our comprehensive training program includes both classroom and on-the-job training, lasting up to 30 weeks. You will gain exposure to multiple signal boxes across the Greater Sydney area.

  • Commitment to a flexible 24/7 rotating roster, including early mornings, late nights, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to express ideas concisely.

  • Resilience, discipline, and proven experience meeting deadlines.
  • Accountability and proficiency in computer skills from previous work or academic pursuits.
