Expertise in Signal Processing

Candidates with a background in signal processing and machine learning are required to deliver innovative solutions for defence programs.

Utilizing expertise in software, AI, and algorithms, the successful candidate will drive project success and contribute to the enhancement of our defence capability.

  • Develop high-quality solutions by combining AI/ML and signal processing expertise.
  • Apply technical skills in ML/AI, acoustics/algorithms, and software engineering to achieve project goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver priorities, adapt to agile/waterfall environments, and take technical ownership.
Requirements
  • Strong communication (verbal/written), documentation, teamwork, and self-management skills.
  • Experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow, Python, data wrangling, and bespoke model training.
  • Knowledge of digital signal/audio/image processing, sensor/hydrophone technology, and passive acoustic monitoring.
  • Proficiency in C++/Python, Windows/Linux deployment, Git, Jira/Confluence, and Visual Studio/VS Code.
