  1. Maintain premises and personnel security by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings and equipment, and controlling access.
  2. Secure facilities by sounding alarms and notifying authorities as necessary.
  3. Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policies, and restraining trespassers.
  4. Direct traffic flow and maintain order by directing drivers and pedestrians.
  5. Complete reports by documenting observations, interviewing witnesses, and gathering evidence.
  6. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by monitoring building systems, performing routine maintenance, and addressing concerns.
  7. Promote organizational stability and reputation by complying with laws and regulations.
  8. Contribute to team success by achieving results as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
