Job Summary
We seek a highly skilled Communications and Content Manager to develop and execute integrated communications strategies across internal and external channels. The ideal candidate will craft compelling brand, product, and executive messaging that aligns with our company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic communications plans for internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content that resonates with diverse stakeholders.
- Support sales enablement efforts through launch content and marketing initiatives.
- Ghostwrite thought leadership pieces, speeches, and social media posts for executive leaders.
- Produce co-marketing content in collaboration with partners and distributors.
- Manage media relations and prepare press releases as needed.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive content calendar aligned with marketing, product, and brand objectives.
- Plan content across the customer journey, from awareness to conversion and retention.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other creatives to bring stories to life visually and interactively.
- Write internal communications such as company updates, newsletters, and leadership messaging.
- Support change communications and employee engagement initiatives in partnership with HR.
- Optimize content for SEO using tools like Yoast, SEMRush, or Google Search Console.
- Manage website content via CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).
About You
- 5-10+ years of experience in communications, content marketing, or editorial roles.
- Proven track record of developing and managing communications strategies for B2B, SaaS, or tech brands.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across various formats and audiences.
- Experience working collaboratively with leadership, sales, product, HR, and creative teams.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content performance metrics, and digital engagement strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines with confidence and clarity.
