Occupational Therapist - Early Start Graduate Program

This role involves supporting children to achieve their developmental milestones and everyday skills. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide therapy services in clinics, homes, and schools.

You will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and confidence through regular supervision and training. You will also be mentored by experienced clinicians and have access to ongoing professional development opportunities.

  • Support children to develop fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and other daily living skills.
  • Educate and involve parents, carers, and others to facilitate the development and learning of children.
  • Help children with developmental delays learn everyday tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding themselves.

This role is ideal for graduates who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Eligibility for AHPRA registration.
  • Recent graduate or graduating in 2025.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • Police Check.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
